What/when is the proper way to bring up hour flexibility? I'm in a wheelchair and taking care of my body and just getting ready for the day and for bed is almost a part-time job. My field is accounting, which requires 12 hour days during tax season. How do I address with my employer that physically I am unable to work those hours without coming across as if I'm making excuses? I'm willing to work remotely while I'm in bed, but my body can't handle sitting in my chair 15+ hour days (12 hour work day, commute, etc.).
