I recently discovered your website and all of the resources it offers and have been watching the recorded LinkedIn Lab tutorial videos. That being said, I had some questions about some of the advice J. T. offered (which is excellent by the way! Thank you for sharing it!!). I am hoping that you will be able to answer my questions: QUESTION 1: As I mentioned, I've been watching the LinkedIn Lab tutorial videos and had a couple questions...(my questions were submitted in reference to the How To Write a LinkedIn Summary [Air Date 12/2/13] and The Extreme LinkedIn Profile Makeover [Air Date 1/6/14] tutorial, I believe) In the tutorials I viewed, J. T. made individualized comments on how to improve your LinkedIn profile and gave several people some specific advice and I was hoping someone would be willing to do the same with mine...Is that a possibility? QUESTION 2: Following J. T.'s advice, I created one Wordle Word Cloud for the kind of job I’m searching for, one for my resume, and another for my LinkedIn Profile. I listed the key words in the Summary section that I think I can use, both in that they are applicable to my experience as well as for the jobs I’m searching for; however, I think I've run into some "writer's block" or something because I can’t, for the life of me, think of how I can expand upon those key words (and attempting to search other people’s profiles hasn't really been possible as I don’t have an “upgraded” LinkedIn account, so have been largely unable to view many profiles)...Do you have any suggestions as to how I can write about those areas or know of any resources I could use to try and find some help with that? Thank you for your help and thank you for your time. Sincerely, Nickie

For question #2, I'd say copy and paste the text of job and company descriptions for positions you're looking for into a Wordle. That will give you a good idea of which skills/programs are important to the job specifically and the company in general.
